We have the following job openings:

Sous chef
You and the chef are responsible for the kitchen. Such as (together) devising new dishes, HACCP, margins and quality.
We expect from you:

  • Ambition
  • Experience in the kitchen (minimum chef de parti in equivalent restaurant)
  • Creativity
  • Humor and fun
  • Fluent in Dutch and/or English language

Chef de partie
You can independently run your partie, mep and service. You also help the kitchen team with devising dishes, developing them and testing them.
We expect from you:

  • Ambition
  • Experience in restaurant(s) of the same level or higher
  • Creativity
  • Humor and fun
  • Fluent in Dutch and/or English language
